I noticed that there's no longer a clickable + or - next to the tags. Is there a reason for that? It was a nice feature, why was it removed?

It's been gone for a while. I don't know why, it was a good means of filtering out posts to find what fits one's preferences.
You can still type + and - onto a tag for the same effect, but that is a bit more work than just clicking on it.

Certain undesirable bots have been using them to navigate our site. We might bring them back after some changes, no clue when that would be.
